  Great place to workout. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking, plaza has security. Everything is well maintained and very clean. New equipment and hammer strength free weight area. Nice studio area to stretch out, use battle ropes, bosu balance, etc. Plenty of cardio options. Absolute five stars.

  I love the energy at this gym! The owner shared a great story how he got started. Also, an awesome Personal Trainer showed me the equipment and encouraged me not to give up!
