  Not sure if Brian still works there but he was pretty helpful. On the the hand Vinnie is rude and unhelpful....
  I have been a customer of the above store for over 2 years and have seen the customer service become worse and worse. I was there today 4/2/16 @ 10:45 am to have my water tested and when i walked in there was a customer checking out at the counter and no one else in the store. The store manager Vinnie other than looking at me when i walked in proceeded to finish the sale with the customer at the counter and then answered the phone. At this time i was the only customer in the store. He had to look up a part for the person on the phone and in that time another customer walked in and was looking around, after the customer found what he was looking for and proceeded to the counter Vinnie had just hung up and was about to start ringing him up when the customer said "I think he is next" referring to me. At this time having been in the store for over 20 mins and not even getting a hello I told Vinnie not to worry about it and that i would take my business elsewhere and then left the store. I understand a sale is better than a free water test but the point of the test is to see if any chems are needed which would then result in a sale. Little did he know that i needed 79.99 in chlorine tabs and at the pinch a penny where i took my water to be tested found out i needed chemicals to treat phosphates that the water test said was high another missed sale of 49.99 I will no longer be using Leslies pool service and will use Pinch a penny that is less that 3 blocks away. You have lost a customer for life as this has not been the 1st time something like this has happened at this store.
