  With pleasure, while still unfortunate, I have had the pleasure of dealing with my Allstate office very recently. An auto accident occurred several weeks ago at which my car was to blame, I was frantic because the cars that happen to be hit was my daughter and son in laws. (long story!) Carrie Covington and her staff were extremely professional and advised me what to do every step of the way. It is refreshing knowing that at some of your worst moments you can always get a hold of someone in your insurance agency, and not just talk to a computer, who will be there with their knowledge and expertise to guide you through. Thanks to the Staff of Carrie Covington Allstate Agency, I am glad I am in your hands.
