  The complex and facilities are very nice. It’s a good family place to live, the salt water pool is well kept as well as the gym and hot tub. The downfall is that you don’t have access to everything 24/7, only the gym. You can only use the pool table, game center or business center during working hours- so this won’t be available once you come home from work. There are also monthly community activities, but you won’t meet many people otherwise. It’s a very private community. No issue with noise or loud neighbors. I find the staff really friendly and we really like the maintence men, especially Luis. Whenever there is a problem, they are prompt about fixing it. No issues with mold, but there are many more bugs, especially ants, than we expected. Could use much more frequent spraying... especially for first floor living.

  Not luxury. I lived there for 4 months and apartment was infested with mold. I have a 2 year old so you know how worried I was on top of him going through a immune issue. Staff was not friendly at all and didn’t want to believe the situation even though I had a lot of pictures to prove how bad it was. Matt is extremely rude and has a bad temper. If you get on his bad side he won’t talk to you anymore and just avoid you. The regional manager and myself came to the agreement it was bad enough for us to move out and we did by the time frame and they waited a couple of months and then put it against my credit and totally went against their word and when I call they to talk about it they don’t talk to me and just hang up. If it’s not in writing they will lie to get what they want. And I am a vet and my sons immune disorder and they didn’t care or even try to meet in the middle. Just put to take advantage of everyone. Hope this helps and you don’t have to find out for yourself.
