  I hope you don't have to have any warranty work done from this company because they are VERY unresponsive. This is specifically for the Melbourne location. We bought a spec home from Adams Homes, who contracted with Classic Floors to install the vinyl in the home. The vinyl is lifting at a seam in three out of the four rooms it was installed in. We started calling several months ago, well in advance of the end of the one-year warranty. My husband called many times and they even scheduled an appointment to come out last month but never showed up or never even called. I called four times in the past three days with no call back. This company is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
