  I've never seen such a thing in my entire life they are so unprofessional.. They make mistakes makes us lose our time and you don't even get an apology they give you attitude specially the lady at the front desk after I told her she wasn't being helpful she said there's nothing they could do and she put me on hold and called again and she put me on hold like 3 times plus lied saying I was yelling at her I wish they had the recording call to prove it wrong but they don't... Too bad then when I was transferred with someone else while I was explaining my unsatisfactory service with the lady at the front desk she immediately started to cut me off... How rude is that? They were on defense mode or something like that.. Honestly never see such a low people I wish I could have gone somewhere else but they didn't want to refund my money for the bad bad service.... $300 wasted pretty much...
