  The owner is very rude and disrespectful. He repaired my a/c coils one month ago and there was resultant damage because his technician broke the drain pan causing a leak and collateral damage to my kitchen ceiling. On numerous occasions he claimed he had received the drain pan and on numerous occasions said he would be at my home to repair the damage, Finally he told me that I was bothering him and that I should stop calling him frequently and that I should get someone else to do it.. To date I still have a gaping hole in my ceiling and he has not called. He never calls when he breaks an appointment which is very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I cant over emphasize enough, they are rude unprofessional and discourteous.

  Not sure if this is company practice or just a bad tech. Was purchasing a house in Jensen Beach and had the ac unit inspected by excel. Ac unit was working fine everytime that i visited the property prior to excel's inspection. What tipped me off was some pictures that i took before i purchased the house. Excel removed the date of install of the carrier unit and the company that installed it. Luckily I have the pictures that show the date of install and the company that installed it. I wasted $60.00 on an inspection plus will have to pay another company to add the proper amount of coolant. I am also guessing that the tech bled the unit of coolent which is why it is not cooling properly and iceing up. I work for a large automotive group and talk to hundreds of people every month, everyone who enters my office will see the before and after photos in addition to the notes of this factual and documented occurance. Buyer beware. There is no one else who would have or could have removed these stickers. I would have pressed charges but in a court of law i would have actully seen the tech do it. I did not because i was with a roofing inspector during portions of the ac inspection. Tip, never leave any house inspector alone on your property or a property you are interested in purchasing.
