  I called to try to make an appointment and the woman Sharon that answered the phone was unprofessional very nasty and rude and she also had the nerve to hang up on me i was very disappointed and upset by this cruel treatment trying to get help for my husband who has very severe kidney problems and needs help with his problems right away for her to be so unprofessional and cruel was appalling .
