  Crapiest service ever! My HOA pays for speed of 40 I only get 20 if it's a good day. Wait time is awful, work from home and they have taken more than a week to come out at times. Signal is constantly dropped and router has to be reset. They told me it was my router so I spent money on a new top of the line router and the same thing continued, took my old router to my dad's house with a different company and it works just fine. Their customer service is horrible, long waits, rude people and some how they have managed to create a monopoly with the local HOA's with illegal contracts. I agree with the others that have posted, I wish I give a ZERO STAR rating!!!
