  This community, the management and maintenance is awesome. I have lived here five years and have survived the storm of Matthew and also Irma while living here and Kitterman has really made me feel safe during these storms. The foundation of the buildings is well built; the landscaping is always beautiful and the staff members are always friendly. I recommend this community to single ladies, who are looking for safe places to live; as well as families who are in search of a nice and welcoming community for their children. I'm really impressed with Kitterman and I'm proud to call this place home.
