  My husband had a TURP procedure done at Okeechobee Hospital and we had the Humana co-pay which included the hospital stay and surgery. Dr. Levin's office has been billing us as a Medicare patient for 20% of his fee and has turned it into a collection agency. Humana said they were using the wrong billing code but to get anyone to correct it has gone to no avail either with Humana or Mid-Fla Anesthesia Assoc. I have told everyone to make sure who their anesthesiologist is before surgery!!
