  Jan 21 @ 3:05pm I went to this store to buy one thing & check out. As soon as I got in line at a register the cashier put out a lane closed sign so I went up to the "Customer" service desk where 3 employees were working. I stood there for approx. 8 min and not one employee looked at me, greeted me or even smiled. Mind you this is "Customer" Service in which you will get NONE of! Even when I was rung up for my one simple item, the customer service girls did not even say hello, hi, how are you doing etc.. I was told the price, paid and handed a receipt. No thank you or anything else. This is pathetic! Horrible customer service! The girl bringing in carts at least smiled at me on my way out. I personally work in retail (not Publix) and would never treat anyone like this. They are the best example of what "NOT TO DO" in this position. Management needs to read this and retrain their employees on what customer service is. Publix has really gone downhill from when I used to work for them in the 90's. I will never go back to this store again. This review should have a negative star rating because that is what they deserve.
