  My wife had a root canal scheduled that this office cancelled while we were on vacation. We didn't get a voicemail until days later. She called and rescheduled for today at the Tradition Office for 0830. We arrived and waited until 9AM and nobody ever showed up to unlock the office. We've now wasted hours of our time, along with the antibiotics she has to take before any dental procedure. Very unprofessional. Complete lack of customer service.
