  TGIF is typically very good but our experience at this one was not bad, it was horrible. Not only did our food take a hour (wasn't even busy) it was cold, not Luke warm, cold. My girlfriend's chicken salad was not even edible. The chicken was like rubber and had to be sent back with no compensation. She didn't even eat. My ribs were good besides the fact they were cold like everything else. There was more wrong but I think you get the point. Will not return to this location again.
