  when i went to make a reservation the lady was extremely rude, at first i lrt it go...but after she insulted me for not knowing the exact size of the unit we wanted to rent....since we had 4 i didnt know if a 1bdrm had a pullout for the kids or bunks???...so wasn't sure which size unit between 1& 2Bdrm.
  I asked for her first name and she refused to give it to me, then i askef for her manager and she put me on hold and never came back .After waiting on hold for 10 mins i eventually gave up. I called back, same girl answered ...once she heard my voice she hung. Please use a different company if you read this review
