  Absolutely the worst tire kingdom location I have ever been to. I drop my van off with them at 9 AM and they told me within an hour that they would be performing a diagnostic test. I also told them to rotate my tires and do the wheel alignment since I bought the package when I bought tires from them three months ago. At 2:30 PM I called them to see what was going on and they told me that nothing had been done and my van never moved.They said their one mechanic had gotten sick and went home. OK, if that were the case why hadn’t anybody notified me and also why didn’t they perform the other tasks which was rotate the tires and do the wheel alignment. Their response was, sorry.
