  I had a very pleasant experience right from the first phone call. Every one was very friendly, caring and efficient. I was seen right on time and Nurse Practitioner Gerry diagnosed and successfully treated my issue. I'm very happy and would definitely go back to this office!

  After taking weeks to even get an appointment at this establishment, I came in for my first visit for a facial cyst. They looked at it for maybe 5 minutes and told me I needed to go on an antibiotic because it was infected and they would connect me with a plastic surgeon. Due to the fact I was nursing and my baby was under 6 months old I requested one that could be used while I continued. First I was asked if I was willing to stop instead of finding one that would work. When I said no. They promised to get back to me within the next day to give me an accurate prescription. Well needless to say no phone call. When I did get a hold of them the Dr. Was on vacation and did not do what he said he would. They assured me he would as soon as he came back. Another week went by, a total of now 2 weeks. I started looking for another Dr. Meanwhile it was swelling more. I called another two times trying to get ahold of the doctor to at least get a prescription for the antibiotic original they promised to me. After still no call back 3 weeks later. I contacted them again because the cyst had now reached so larger it was the size of a softball. The office finally called me back and told me I could make an appointment again to receive an antibiotic or go to urgent care when I explained the severity of the problem. I called urgent care and They said go to the hospital. I finally got an antibiotic, biopsy and scan of the cyst at the ER. They Actually finally had the plastic surgeon call me to make an appointment for a month away when i was in the ER. The soonest they could see me was a month away And.... it was within their own practice!?... are you kidding me?!... not only could they not do what they were supposed to my first visit, but they couldnt even get an appointment straight within their own practice!!! I decided to go to a completely different practice. When I made it into my first appointment with the other doctor a few days after my ER visit, they immediately drained the cyst gave me a topical antibiotics and other antibiotics that I could use while nursing. I had been seen three times in that one week already with the new Dr. They had already done biopsies labs and everything in the first week. Due to how long the cyst stayed in my face, it turned into a calcified tumor..... let's just say..... months of Dr visits and surgeries later..... I would never recommend anyone using this practice!!!
