  Another Florida fail. Used to be fairly good when Tracy was there. Got nothing but a run-around from "Mena". Went in looking for details on wind mitigation discounts on my policy. I had a new steel roof installed a few years ago and was concerned about changes that were made to my policy W/O my knowledge. She had a negative answer for everything I said. 1) I brought the report with me and first she suggested that the wind inspection was done by an unlicensed tech. I then showed her his state licence #. 2) She then suggested that the roof probably wasn't inspected by the city. It certainly was. 3) She then said "Oh, the insurance companies don't accept that form anymore". 4) She then said the codes were probably changed and I should get a mitigation report about every 5 years. I then called the insurance company directly and they graciously helped me get all the information I needed. I will change agent and not use them anymore. What could I expect if I Really needed their help?
