  Office billing is a scam I was told on the phone and in the office that the visit would have a $10 co pay. 1 month after my visit in which he did absolutely nothing I receive a bill for $170 for an evaluation. The palm beach gardens office was dirty and there was no receptionist. Extremely unprofessional from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor and avoid this quack at all costs. Save yourself the headache I went through. There is a reason why his office is called Florida center for headaches its because they will become one when you try to handle your billing issues. The office staff "Daniel and Goldie and Sachi" are extremely rude and unprofessional.. You have been warned. Most unprofessional office I have ever been to.
