  Horrible customer service. I went in with my family on an evening to do our taxes and we were asked are you filing jointly? Do you have property? We responded yes to both. Immediately, there was a sigh No customers in the office and asked us if we can do an appointment. We said no then there was a response well, I guess I can do it. We said no thank you and walked out. As soon as you walked in it was an unwelcoming environment. Never going back.
