  Polite staff, meal worms aren't the best here though. For dog and cat stuff they have an excellent variety and lots of sales. Small animal supplies are a bit lacking though.

  This was my first and last experience going to the grooming in petsmart. I’m originally from upstate NY where my mom brings her dogs to pet smart to get their nails done. My mom has trouble cutting their nails as they hate it. I recently moved down here and I called this petsmart where they told me just for the nails to get cut it’s a walk in no need for an appointment, all I needed was proof of the rabies shot. So I drove 20min to go get her nails cut. They printed me out the receipt and told me it should only take 10min, and that while I waited I could go to the front and pay. I’m standing in line when I hear my dogs name over the loud speaker saying she’s ready. In my mind I’m like there’s no way they cut her nails that fast. So I pay and go to go get her. They say they couldn’t do her nails, because she’s to hyper. They didn’t even try I wasn’t even in line for 2 min. When I went back up front to go get my refund even the cashier was furious, my dog is only a puppy so yes she is hyper! And getting her nails cut she’s scared. This should be expected. If you have a puppy or a hyper dog don’t even bother going to this place it’s a waste of time.
