  What do I notice the most about Quality Performance Rehabilitation Center? The warm welcoming right when I walk in. It starts off with multiple smile-filled welcomes, mixed with a positive attitude. The staff is always encouraging patients like myself that there will be a great outcome if you strive for it, but never push yourself too far. 5 stars.

  I have been going to Quality Performance Rehab, Prima Vista for many years (at least 10) for physical therapy, both my husband and I. My experience has been outstanding! Tom has the experience, knowledge and charisma that is really needed in physical therapy. He is the only one I would think of for my physical therapy. I have had knee surgery, back surgery and right shoulder surgery, so I speak from my experiences going to Quality Performance Rehab.
