  Nice facility, but not kept up real well.
  
  Winston and his wife Alexandria Owen have basically scammed the members at Tesoro.
  
  Winston took in annual member dues Aug 2014 then left the club money and all.
  
  Feb 2015 a new owner took over and stated that the Owen's did not turn over funds they collected nor did they provide info on who paid what.
  
  The new owner is now asking that all members pay again to remain part of this tennis facility, making promises much like Winston did such as "this will be a ........" "we will have the cafe open again".
