  I have had the privilege of experiencing Project X as a client and as a trainer, and all I can say is ever since I made the decision to join, my life has been changed not only physically, but mentally as well. I have been nothing but inspired by Vick and the amazing people who come to our gym. This is a place for all levels, where you will always feel included and never secluded. We are not only a team, but also a family, and that is the type of atmosphere you'll always experience here. If you're just starting out, looking for a place full of motivation and friendly people, then this is the place for you. It'll be tough, but the best things in life are worth working for. We are unlike other gyms. Try it out, and I promise you'll experience the difference.
