  The staff and nurses are great. I am sorry to say I can no longer recommend Dr. Sanz, and so I am changing my five-star rating to a rating of one.
  
  I witnessed him demonstrate what I felt to be a callousness to my wife's suffering that is completely unacceptable to me. He suggested that her symptoms were largely in her head and superficially used her test results to prove it. Subsequently, a specialist looked at the same results and zeroed in on the very physical cause of her symptoms and helped her get relief. What was worse, his bedside manner suggested that he just didn't really much care about what she was going through.
  
  I am very disappointed in this man.
